My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

My house is at the back of a plant-lined courtyard. There are 2 bedrooms: - a large room with 1 double-bed queen size + 1 simple bed with a desk - a cosy little room with a double bed. The bathroom has a bath, a walk-in shower and toilets. Large living room, open fully equiped kitchen. Welcome for musicians : There is a piano at home! Important detail: My cat lives at home. I ask you to take good care of him (feed him and clean his litter). A parking is possible at certain dates (20 €/night)

Aménagées dans les anciennes écuries de Verlaine, la maison se trouve à 10 mn à pied du sacré coeur. Elle jouit d’un joli petit jardin. En arrière cour. Elle est très calme et très claire. Elle comporte 3 chambres doubles, 3 salles de douches et 3 WC séparés. 2 chats vivent en toute liberté entre le jardin et la maison, donc attention aux allergies. Notre cour est fraîche et agréable, cependant attention de ne pas parler trop fort et notamment après 22heures pour ne pas déranger les voisins.

Charmante maisonnette refaite à neuf en 2022, proche de Paris. À la fois au calme et proche de toutes commodités. Vous pourrez accéder à pied au centre ville et restaurants. Ne convient pas aux personnes âgées et aux enfants en bas âges car il y a des escaliers raides. Desservie par l'autoroute, le métro ligne 3 ( 10 mn à pied) et la ligne 11 ( 15 mn à pied) et à 8mn du tramway, vous serez en quelques minutes au centre de paris (30 mn). Nous sommes en banlieue Est collée à Paris.

La petite maison

A detached house in the city center, just for you. The very cozy living room can be transformed into a bedroom. Your fully equipped kitchen can accommodate up to six people. The first bedroom under the roof is equipped with a large double bed (160). The small attic bedroom has a single bed (90 cm). The basement, well heated in winter and naturally cool in summer, is the ideal refuge (140 cm bed). Finally, a small terrace is reserved for you to have lunch outside.

Welcome to our charming house and its souplex, located in the peaceful 17th arrondissement of Paris, nestled between the Batignolles district and the Butte de Montmartre. Close to Montmartre, Parc Monceau, Champs-Élysées and Saint-Lazare train station, our house offers an ideal location for exploring the city. Please note that a sleeping space is on a mezzanine and that the second in the basement to ensure peaceful rest.

Brick house - Flea market

My lovely brick home is located next to Paris' Flea Market. The house stands in a private bucolic alley. The ground floor consists of the living room, the dining area, the kitchen and the garden-terrace. The second floor is made of two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilets. On the third floor, the attic has been turned into a large bedroom and wardrobe. You'll probably meet my friendly car, Moki !
