Updated linens/towels are provided along with room to hang your clothes. En suite bathroom with amenities including a bidet. The home is situated within walking distance from the best city park, restaurants and shopping! Mass transit is steps away and on a main bike thoroughfare.

Located in the hip SE Hawthorne neighborhood on a quiet residential street and at the foot of Mt Tabor, this custom house provides a luxurious and convenient studio for relaxed stays and enjoyment of all that Portland has to offer. We designed this studio specifically for visitors who want the ease and security of a private entrance, the warmth (or coolness) of radiant-floor temperature control, and comfort. This ENTIRE private street level apartment is steps from one of Portland's best parks. And it's just a few blocks from public transportation, has easy freeway access, is pretty near the airport, and is close enough to downtown to make that an easy trip also. It is walkable to Montavilla, one of the funnest pockets of local pub scene, boasting Breweries, Pubs, Restaurants, one of Portland's best Cocktail Bars, Dive Bars, and shopping, all condensed within a VERY strollable 3 or 4 block area.

Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.
