The Parliament is just across the street, it takes 3 minutes to walk to Rustaveli Ave., the main vein of the city, to museums and restaurants (but you will be surprised how quite our street is), and 10 minutes – to the old town and all major sights.

Welcome to my safe haven, just a few minutes away from Old Tbilisi. I am happy to share my home, pool, garden, with 3 large bedrooms ready for traveling couples or individuals. You have a private bedroom with a clothes rack at your disposal, with shared spaces including a bathroom, shower-room, kitchen with appliances, a dining and, a living room with a large TV (Netflix and Gaming offered). Linens and towels are provided - all you need to do is to drop your suitcase and do your thing!

The best location in Downtown, fully arranged with old city spirit and art inspiration. The whole place has nice "shabby chic" look. It is located under the roof on the third floor. You can look out to the four sides of the neighborhood. The house is part of Georgian culture heritage. And the district itself is historical, full of stories and events. Rooms are wide, living room 30 squares meter. My neighbors are also engaged in art and museums. We call Kuftin 7 "the artists house".
