My place is close to great views, family-friendly activities, the beach, restaurants and dining, and art and culture. My place is less than one mile from snowmobile trails and you can begin your day of riding right from the house. There is plenty of parking for multiple trucks with trailers. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

The Back 80 Cabin

Beautiful, newly remodeled, cozy house in the woods. Located about 15 minutes from Munising and 10 minutes from Au Train. Very quiet location in the woods with trails to walk and a small creek running through the property Sleeps 8 people. The area offers lots of outdoor activities, including Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Alger County has 13 waterfalls and lots of hiking, boating, and fishing. Snowmobile/ATV trails are accessible from the cabin, 2 miles north on a dirt road. No pets!!

Bedroom 1 has king bed and bunk beds with a sliding barn door separating them, while bedroom 2 has a queen bed. This home has a beautiful view overlooking Furnace Lake, but does not have lake access. The home has a large deck on back with a heated 4'+ above ground pool that is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Less than 5 miles from Munising, the western beginning of Pictured Rocks

Located on Tannery Hill just east of Downtown Munising, "Up on the Hill" is just 10 minutes away from Sand Point Beach. The back of the property borders the western edge of the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. The home is bright and fully equipped making it a perfect place to relax after long day of enjoying your Upper Peninsula adventure. The house has 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom on the main floor and a second full bathroom located in the unfinished basement next to the washer / dryer.

Located 20 minutes from Marquette and 30 minutes from Munising, our home offers a quiet place to relax and feel close to nature.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is newly built home designed to resemble a train depot on the outside and made to be a comfortable and relaxing space inside. There is a boxcar and a caboose on the property that are being rehabbed and will eventually be available to rent on this property also. It is approximately a 15 minute drive to downtown Marquette.
