The guest house located at an elevation of about 2500ft in Rokko area of Seto Inland Sea National Park. Unfortunately, there is no veiw from the guest house, but you can enjoy the private space as it is reserved for one building. Mount Rokkō is cooler (about -40°Ｆ) than the city because of the altitude. English speaking staff will be available for foreigner guests. If you have any questions, please contact us. 水道筋商店街を少し北へ上がったところにある3階建ての一軒家。（民泊部分は3階） 1階にはシェアキッチンと名付けた飲食店があり、日替わりで様々な形態のお店を営業しております（日によっては休店の日もあります） 『水道筋シェアキッチンＭＵＳＵＢＵ堂スケジュール』で検索！ すぐ近くに灘中央市場、エルナード水道筋商店街があり飲み物、食材等はそこでお買い物ができます。 約徒歩10分程で王子動物公園に行けますので、小さいお子様が居られるご家族の方にピッタリ。 また、近くに灘温泉もあるのでお家のお風呂だけでなくゆったりと広々とした温泉も楽しめます。 居酒屋さんや串カツ屋さんＢａｒ等、名店が沢山ある水道筋界隈、食事にお酒に食べ歩きなどグルメの方にもきっと喜んでもらえると思います。 2階部分は家主のスペースになっております。 2階の廊下、トイレ、雑談スペースは共用スペースとなっていますので コミュニティスペースとしてご使用いただけます。 3階民泊のお部屋は床面積100㎡の3ＬＤＫ 洋室①ダブルベッド、洋室②2段ベッド、和室布団２セット 浴室、洗面脱衣室、トイレ（ウォシュレット）LDKの間取り。

家は、こじんまりとした民家ですので、大人4人での利用が、余裕もあり満喫いただけるかと思います。この素敵な空間に滞在してみて下さい。 ★隣がBar★ですので22時頃迄は話し声や歌声がしますのでご了承下さい。 そのかわり、夜遅くまで音を気にせずにおしゃべり大丈夫です。地下鉄花園町駅のすぐ近くに、癒しの空間が出来ました。日本の文化を大切にしつつ、癒しと優しさを兼ね備えた家です。1階はバリアフリーになっており、車椅子や足に不安のある方も過ごしやすくなっております。木の美しい木目を感じられる空間で疲れをとり、観光を楽しんで下さい。観光地にも近く、交通も便利。駅の入り口まで徒歩1分程。スーパーやコンビニ、飲食店も近くにあり、とても便利です。家は大きな道路から少し小さな道に入った所にあり、日本に住んでいる気分になるような、落ち着いた場所です。深夜は静かですが、隣がBarですので22時頃迄は話し声や歌声がしますのでご了承下さい。その代わり、外食には困りませんし、日本のごく普通の暮らしを体験出来ます。難波まで2駅ですので、奈良や京都、和歌山にも行きやすいです。関空からも電車で便利です。

Please use our kitchen for simple cooking. The nearest stations are Oji Station on the JR Line and Goido Station on the Kintetsu Line. I'll come pick you up until 5pm. Please use the bus to return home. There is a bus stop nearby. If you are arriving by car, there is parking available on site. My house is located just 15 mins walking distance from JR Osaka Sta. The closest stations are Nakatsu Subway Sta. and Nakatsu Hankyu Sta. It is located in a quiet and local neighborhood; a perfect location for those who wants to base in Osaka and visit Kyoto, Nara and Kobe. Also, it is a space for those who appreciates art, interior design and architectures. This house is reserved. Recently renovated, this apartment is a 70year-old Japanese traditional house. There is a Japanese small garden. Within walking distance to Namba, Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. It's right next to Kuromon Market. There are many convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and drugstores in the area. You can also travel to Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto, and Nara without wasting time.
