Kitchen is provided with everything you may need for cooking a full meal or enjoying a light snack. Cute coffee bar and a washer/dryer combo is provided for your convenience. Centrally located to both downtown Boise and Hyde Park, which makes for easy walks to shops, restaurants and trails. Enjoy the many charms this beautiful neighborhood offers.

The North End Getaway

Our guests LOVE our location! We are in the heart of Boise’s North End and within walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. 1 block from the Boise Co-op where city bike rentals are available. Bike or walk to the Saturday market or enjoy some of Boise’s finest restaurants. The North End Getaway is the perfect size for a peaceful stay! Thoughtfully decorated with local art, functional furniture, a cozy queen posturepedic bed, and all of the essentials to book with confidence!

Phillippi Place

Very cozy, centrally located Phillippi Place on the Bench! Close to the airport, shopping, downtown, & restaurants. Home features: private fenced patio area, central heating, and air. The bedroom and bath are located upstairs. Very convenient parking on the street. For guests who are staying longer, if you choose, the carport is available on the back of the building. "No Guests" Rule: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No visitors, local or otherwise.

Hillside Hideaway

Hillside Hideaway is nestled in the foothills overlooking Boise with panoramic views of the valley. Located just minutes from downtown with easy access to highways, foothills and outdoor activities. Beautifully decorated with many amenities. Truly a home away from home! Private entrance with a wrap around deck. HD Smart TV. DVD Player. Huge kitchen-well stocked with all the basics you need. All ages and back ground are welcome, but has no yard to play in-3 parks closeby.

Bicycles and Butterflies

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy hand-made style with our eclectic "in-law" apartment. Entirely separate from the main house, enjoy complete privacy. We are located near both Boise's famous foothills and Boise river green-belt. It's an excellent landing pad for visiting friends and relatives, or for checking out the town. We also have loaner bicycles available in adult and kid sizes for exploring. FYI as of now there is no TV but wifi access is good.

Beaver Den - private, quiet, on the pond, and safe

The Beaver Den- A private entrance mini-suite offering Queen bed and sitting area. Comfortable room with private bathroom, mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker. Nestled in upper end subdivision with ponds, walking paths and close proximity to Boise River Greenbelt. Owners have 2 bikes available, based on availability. Visiting Boise for business or pleasure... enjoy this quiet, tranquil location. Host will provide entry code prior to check in.

Posh West End 1BR w/Hot Tub: Work & Play Downtown

Remodeled in 2022, and professionally designed with your comfort in mind - Our guests tell us it's LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Relax in an oasis with abundant light and surrounded by mature trees. Ski at Bogus and come home to soak in a shared hot tub. Quick access to the greenbelt. Our guests rave about the sheets and the nicely stocked kitchen with fresh coffee & creamer for the morning. This property will make you wish you could stay longer.

The Caldwell Loft Suite

Unit #4- 300sq ft living space. Great price point for a Modern mini dwelling that comes w/ a queen loft bed. In addition, a bottom queen size mattress. Mini fridge, kitchenette with coffee pot, microwave and sink. Full private bathroom and closet storage space. Please note: we have a back patio (shared) that is available for a bbq area, smoking area hangin out. (Quiet hours in the patio are 11pm-7am)

Lovely Basement Apartment with Covered Patio. w/d

Come enjoy our newly renovated basement apartment that's close to downtown, grocery stores, and NNU. There is also a covered patio for guests to relax. The doorways are a little short, so not recommended for tall folks unless you're mindful of your head. :) The floor plan is also a little quirky in that the only entrance to the bedroom is through the bathroom. Still a cute space to spend a few nights!

Our stylish studio lives large with an open kitchen, two balconies, queen bed, two twin beds, and a magical backyard. Have every comfort of home in this great jumping-off spot for anything you’d like to do in Boise. One block from a great coffee shop and just a 5-minute walk to restaurants, the Whitewater park for paddle boarding/ surfing/ swimming, access to the Greenbelt trail, and more!

Everything designed to give guests the ultimate Boise experience! Located 1.9 miles from Century Link Arena & downtown, 1.4 miles to BSU, near St. Lukes Regional Hospital, & Warm Springs Golf Course. The Escape off Broadway is completely updated. Backyard provides bbq grill & firepit for guest enjoyment. The Boise Greenbelt is just 3 blocks away.
