All bedrooms have a queen sized bed with one additional pull out sofa bed. Just 20 mins from the Brazos Bend State park, 30 mins from Skydive Spaceland, 45 mins from Downtown Houston and Matagorda beach.

This is a cozy bedroom with a very comfy king bed located in the banquet hall next to our home. The bedroom opens up to a large sitting area with 3 sofas which seats 10 comfortably. In the large room there is a double bed and 3 King Coil twin beds. There are two full bathrooms, a full-size fridge and freezer, coffee pot, electric skillet, toaster, and microwave. It's completely private with its own carport.
