Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

La Casa di Yorik casa è vicina a Torino,(40km) ad Asti(15km) ad Alba(25 km) E' rifinita con gusto e design, super accogliente, attrezzata di tutto quello che serve per cucinare, immersa nella Natura, tra le Colline ed i Vigneti del Monferrato.
