Our newly renovated 100 year old farmhouse is ready to make your vacation one to remember! Wide open spaces, mountains, and the coziest little house that leaves you wanting to stay longer. Enjoy the rustic feel with aged wood floors. Relax in a private, fenced in hot tub under the stars. Stocked with necessities you’ll need for your stay. This includes, towels, soaps, paper goods, utensils, hot chocolate, coffee, and more! Kitchen ONLY has a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, refrigerator.

This venue has a two-night minimum stay, and (30-day max, negotiable.) Free standing/no attached neighbors. Fenced back yard/deck area/ commercial propane grill and seating. Venue offers all the modern conveniences in the center of fishing, hiking, rock climbing, 4 wheeling. Reasonably priced, immaculate accommodations. Great Wi-Fi provides a work/play option. Dining, food supplies, and fuel are steps away at the General Store and grill. Beautifully restored, tiny historic treasure (studio).

Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, our apartment offers easy access to all the amenities you need—restaurants, shops, etc. Located near stunning mountains, you’re just 15 min. from BYU, 45 min. from Salt Lake, and 30 min. from Fifth Water Hot Springs. Plus, Sundance Ski Resort is only 21 miles away, making this the perfect base for adventure and relaxation. (Please remember that this is a basement apartment that has a small family living upstairs.)

Come reset in nature, relax by the fire pit and watch the sun set, ride our mtn bike flow trail (beginner/intermediate/expert level) or better yet, test your skills on our 9 hole disc golf course! We are Located in a quiet rural farming community about 30 minutes South of Provo Utah. Beautiful Mountain View with Easy access to the Freeway . We have a Convenient BBQ area with a pergola and mood lighting for a relaxing night setting.
