Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Only minutes from downtown Princeton! This is part of a lovely estate that dates back to the 1700s. We live in the main building and are here to help if you need us! Carriage House in The Valley

A countryside lifestyle 1 hour from Manhattan, the NJ beaches, or the Delaware Water Gap. Walk, Bike, fish watch birds and see historical sites where George Washington marched. Senior couple's 2 acre lot among huge trees. The rustic outside of the unit gives way to a comfortable living space on the top floor and the bottom floor is a wide open utility room with a second bath, electric stove, full laundry and a place to store things while in transit or if moving in or out of the area.

Centrally located, you can take day trips to Jersey beaches or PA ski resorts within 45 minutes, or to NYC within 75 minutes. When you want to relax, you can use or enjoy the reading nook, board games, TV and more.

Peaceful Guesthouse

you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.
