Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Peaceful Guesthouse

you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.

Right by the bridge, you can walk/bike right over to Sandy Hook. Plenty of restaurants, hiking & activities in town. Easy access from the ferry. Watch the sunrise from the court yard, furnished with lounge & dining seating. Perfect for couples, friends, families. Peaceful, well appointed, & comfortable.

Entrance of the cottage has a porch for morning coffee or evening cocktail. Fully equipped kitchen to cook & prepare food for the beach. 42-inch TV & free Wifi. Workspace w/ desk, chair, monitor. Air conditioning/heat throughout the cottage. 2 beach passes, beach towels, beach chairs. Plenty of street parking.

Explore Princeton from our stylish guest house! It’s located in our backyard- about a mile and a half from Princeton University’s campus. It has a gorgeous bedroom and space for additional people in the cozy sleeping loft, or on the pull out couch. Cook for yourself in our fully stocked kitchenette, or take a quick trip to town to the many local restaurants. Relax outside around our firepit, or borrow from our stock of lawn games. Large Studio with Private Yard - World Cup 2026

Driving distance to Philadelphia & New York World Cup 2026 sites! Come enjoy a stay in our second floor garage apartment on a small farmette. Easily accessible from 295 and the NJ Turnpike, but a quiet respite from the surrounding suburbs. The unit has a private entrance, a full bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, coffee pot, tea kettle and microwave. Feel free to spend time with the resident goats and chickens.

Beautiful 1bed/1bath carriage house apartment amongst tree tops in the countryside, offers serene water views and direct access to kayaking and hiking trails. Just 10min to Seastreak ferry, cafes and restaurants. Well-equipped kitchen and temperature control (air/heat) makes this a comfortable year round escape or bonus accommodation for relatives. 1 king bed and 1 queen sleeper sofa.

Located on a gated estate in the historic Van Wyck Brooks section of Plainfield, this carriage house to a 26 room Victorian mansion is listed on the national registry of historic places. It has been completely renovated and professionally designed to feel like a penthouse suite of a boutique hotel. Carriage House On Park is located one half mile from the NJ transit rail station offering transportation to New York.

Near the beautiful town of spring lake, Belmar marina night life, 15 mins train ride the boardwalk in Point Pleasant beach. 15 mins drive to asbury park and 10 mins walk to the train station.
