As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.

Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. Built in 1929 the Chelan was the “in place” to stay in the quaint Seaside village of Neskowin. You're just ten steps away from the sand or the indoor saltwater pool and sauna. The ocean and the D River are right outside, and it’s a short walk up the beach to the tide pools. World Class Views: Proposal Rock Ocean Front Condo

Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a good wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.

SeaBeast Condo of Neskowin is an oceanfront 3rd floor within Proposal Rock Inn. 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo with private balcony located within the small town of Neskowin, OR. Queen bed in the bedroom with private bath, as well as a queen Murphy bed in the living room. It is clean and well-maintained. Majority of unit updated in 2023, with some dated aspects (Proposal Rock Inn was built in the 70's after all). Within walking distance to Neskowin Beach, a great restaurant and small store.
