Hytta har 4 m skyvedør av glass med utsikt til terrassen, bassenget og Oslofjorden. Hytta består av to rom. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng og et kjøkken/stue med sofa. Separat baderom. Full utsikt til Oslofjorden. Ingen naboer, bare vakker natur og lyden av fuglekvitter og skvulpende sjø. Velkommen.

120 m2 cottage of high standard with floorheating in every room. Surrounded by beautyful nature of forests, small lakes and soft hillsides. There is a row-boat by the private pier, and fishinggear in the annex by the water. Ski in, ski out! You can ski, walk or bicycle all the way througt the forest to Kikut/Oslo if you like! (25 km) See slopenet at Skiforeningen. 30 min drive to OSL airport, 40 min Oslo city. 4 km to Grua st and train to Oslo. Tv2 «Sommerhytta 2023», spilt inn her.

Cosy cabin with fantastic view

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Svært gode solforhold, kveldsol og vakre solnedganger. Alt på hytta kan disponeres, båt med elektrisk påhengsmotor og kano. Det er en landgrunn og barnevennlig sandstrand. Noen meter ut er det gode dypdeforhold. Gode fiskemuligheter, med forskjellige lokale fiskeslag TVen er tilkoblet med Apple TV

Ta med hele familien til dette flotte stedet med mye plass til moro. Her er det god plass, mange uteområder å boltre seg på med utemøbler, sandkasse, husker, lekehus og din helt egen fotballbane med kunstgress! Her er sol hele dagen!God plass både inne og ute. Huset har hele fem soverom, alle med sengeplass til minimum to personer. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken. 250meter til bussen som tar deg til oslo på 25 minutter. Kort vei til badestrender, Brønnøya, Kalvøya, Sandvika og Oslo.

På vinterstid anbefaler vi å ta med egen dyne eller sovepose da det bare er sommerdyner på hytta! Betaler du fiskekort i bommen har du tilgang fiske i alle vann! Mulighet for kilosfisk i skogsvanna rundt. Holleia byr på fantastiske turer for den som vil gå kort og langt. Skimuligheter rett utenfor hytta når det er nok snø! Velkommen skal du være!

One bedroom with double bed and one single bed. 12 min walk to bus stop, 23 min bus ride to Oslo. 4 km to Sandvika, 8 km to Asker. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Sea view, a few meters to jetty and beaches. Rent single/double kayak. Bikes, fishing gear and tennis gear available for free.

The cabin is conveniently located just a one-hour drive from both Oslo and Gardermoen. Its elevated position allows you to enjoy the magnificent view of Hemnessjøen, a popular lake for fishing all year round. During the summer, you can even borrow a boat to explore the lake. Additionally, there are some wonderful hiking areas in close proximity to the cabin, offering opportunities for outdoor adventures and connecting with nature.

This is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Oslo Fjord. You will be able to sunbathe in our lush garden and take a swim in the ocean from our boat dockage. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.
