Enjoy the peaceful beauty of Central Iowa's rolling hills, prairies, and distant forests while staying in our newly constructed barndominium. Take in the sweeping views, singing birds, and diverse wildlife from the front porch. Cozy up inside by the electric fireplace, enjoy a movie on Roku TV, curl up in the reading nook, utilize the portable desk or get competitive while playing board games. The barn is located behind our house. The driveway is shared with lots of parking next to the barn.

Quiet residential neighborhood. 5 minutes to Adventureland, Prairie Meadows Racetrack/Casino and the Outlets of Des Moines. 10 minutes to the Iowa State Fairgrounds and 15 minutes to downtown Des Moines. Garage space not included. Bedding may vary.

Corner apartment on the ground floor in a quiet triplex with private entrance. One bedroom with a queen size bed, bonus room that features a dining area and work station. Full size folding mattress available for additional guests. High speed internet, and washer/dryer make life easy here. One block from the hospital and three blocks to downtown Grinnell. Private patio, one car attached garage, plus additional off street parking. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. All the amenities you need.

Wheather visiting family, or make your way to a big event, you’ll find everything you need for a memorable stay. Pets 80 pounds or under are more than welcome!

The Henhouse Retreat is a beautifully restored 2 bedroom home converted from an original henhouse on our property. With breathtaking country views out every window you are sure to find this country retreat relaxing and enjoyable with many things to do close by like fishing, hiking, and a bike trail. Cute little towns to explore or cuddle up with a book & enjoy relaxation that comes with a deep breath in the country. Come as a family, some couples, or a little getaway, this home sleeps 7.

The Mid-Town Cottage

Enjoy this unique and tranquil getaway and have a great spot to visit your college student and fix their favorite meal. Edwards has just been totally remodeled and has an "Industrial/Asian decor". You are right downtown close to restaurants, coffee shop, grocery story, and a quick walk to Grinnell College. Our lofts are all in historic downtown buildings so there are great stories of the people that used to live and work here.
