Emplacement top, vue exceptionnelle à Villefranche

Habitant Paris, j'adore venir dans ce Paradis de Villefranche sur mer. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rénover, équiper et décorer en 2019 cet appartement pour le rendre le plus agréable possible. Maintenant, mon plus grand plaisir est de prendre mon café au réveil sur la terrasse devant cette vue magnifique sur le cap Ferrat. Sa situation centrale à proximité de la vieille ville, du port et de toutes les commodités, son ascenseur et un parking municipal au pied de l'immeuble sont aussi un plus.

Situé dans le très agréable quartier du port et des antiquaires, très tendance et agrémenté de nombreux bars & restaurants. Avec sa grande terrasse ensoleillée face à la mer et le port, cet appartement calme typiquement niçois vous charmera à coup sûr. A deux pas de la colline du château (et sa belle vue sur la baie des anges), des plages, du vieux Nice et du marché au fleurs Accès direct par le tram 2 (terminus Port Lympia) en provenance de l'aéroport ou tram 1 depuis la gare (Garibaldi).

Wonderfull view and... Charme à la française !

Charmant duplex, entièrement climatisé et rénové, dans une maison individuelle. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la Baie des Anges. Soleil toute la journée jusqu’au coucher du soleil depuis la jolie terrasse. Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville. Aucun contact avec d'autres résidents. Parking gratuit sur place réservé aux riverains dans la voie privée.

Charmant roof top au cœur du Vieux Nice avec AC

Situé au dernier étage sans ascenseur, l’appartement offre une très jolie vue sur les toits et le clocher de l'église sur la Vieille Ville. il suffit de 5 mn pour aller à la plage Bien qu'au cœur du pittoresque et vibrant Vieux Nice, l'appartement situé dans une rue vivante Autres remarques L'appartement est situé au 5ème et dernier étage et la dernière partie de l'escalier est un peu étroite. Attention l'escalier peut faire peur, mais l'appartement mérite un petit effort
