A little about this property... This property is a ground floor studio flat.It's based in the village and is close to the shops, super markets and about 300 meters from the beautiful beach area.It's very quiet and the building is cool.Το σπιτι ειναι μια γκαρσονιερα ημιυπογειο.Ειναι δροσερο και φωτεινο. Δεν εχει μπαλκονι εχει ομως στην πισω αυλη τραπεζακι για τους επισκεπτες. Τα σουπερ μαρκετ ειναι πολυ κοντα περιπου πεντε λεπτα με τα ποδια.Η παραλια ειναι δεκα λεπτα με τα ποδια απο το σπιτι.....

There is a pretty garden, for sole use of guests, where it is nice to eat andenjoy breakfast in your own small olive grove! I have a courtyard at the side of the house where I keep three friendly dogs. There are cats around.

The building is consisted of two separate houses (both of them are for booking) and it has an extended, planted and safe garden. The house is suitable for a couple or family of three. It's 400 m away from the beach Elia, 2 km from Kalogria. Access to nature beauty through a footpath.
