A unique private downstairs space/unit, has inside outside living feel, private entry, lounge, kitchenette and bathroom, huge backyard exclusive to guests. Hear the ocean from backyard, feel sea breezes. Guests comfort is our priority. However if luxury is your vibe this is not the unit for you.

Relax in your garden retreat, a private oasis by the lake. Dine or laze on the verandah, watch the birds come and go from the tall garden trees. Walk across the quiet cul de sac to plunge into the lake - also popular for canoeing, fishing, paddleboarding - or to catch spectacular sunsets. Stroll the beach path to the surf, cafes, grassy picnic areas, kids swim spots and playground. Follow the bike path north or south or explore canoe trails. Canoe and bikes included. Bonsai Cottage is completely private with its own fully fenced small garden nestled within our beautiful property a 3 minute drive to Eumundi Markets and 15 minutes to Noosa and Peregian beaches. We provide a small selection of breakfast commodities in fridge/ larder. Pet Friendly, Bonsai Cottage is also perfect for elderly or partially disabled. Bedroom with king size bed, bathroom, media room, living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen. Late check out often available on request.

Mirembe Cottage: 45 acres of peace

Mirembe is a Ugandan word meaning peace and tranquillity; this perfectly describes our 45 acre property. The cottage is privately set on the edge of our forest: Sit on the verandah watching the kangaroos, search the trees for koalas; at night look to the sky to see the million stars, fireflies in the creek or into the firepit flames. Take a stroll through our private trails: Nature surrounds you. Breakfast food supplied, and a few locally made frozen dinners in the freezer- but not free.

The Cottage

Our property is a short walk to the beach, down a quiet leafy street. The cottage is nestled in shady surrounds in our backyard. From a private side entrance the stepping stones lead you into an airy and welcoming self-contained cottage. On street parking is safe and directly outside the property. The cottage offers privacy and an opportunity to get-away-from-it-all and relax in your own space. There are various norestaurants within easy walking distance that offer an array of cuisines.

Historic French style mountaintop scenic homestead

Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.

Chateau - Sunshine Beach

Our very clean, light, air conditioned one bedroom studio with kitchenette facilities is situated opposite a small bush reserve on a quiet one way street that is a short stroll from beautiful Sunshine Beach and the vibrant village or a five minute drive to Noosa Heads, the National Park and Noosa River. Your laneway gives you your own private space as the open area in front of the house is not available to use.
