Cozy Little Cottage

Small comfortable place close to Lime Rock Park and Ski Butternut. It has 3 available bedrooms including one master with full bath. Lots of great restaurants in the area and places to hike or take out your canoe or kayak. Nice private backyard. There is a small fish pool to enjoy. I do have cameras pointing at the front door and back door to see when guests arrive and when they leave. Please don't try and sneak in extra guests you didn't intend to pay for. I've has these issues before. Welcome!

The Berkshires are beautiful in the fall , come stay ! 5 minute drive to town. Walk to the Green River , hike the trails. We provide all basic household supplies. Many attractions are: historical Hyde Park, Walkway Over The Hudson, Culinary Institute, Vassar & Marist colleges, wineries, breweries, the quaint towns of Millbrook & Rhinebeck, Dutchess County Fairgrounds, and The Links At Unionvale golf course and banquet hall. Great for couples, adventurers and business travelers who love activity but appreciate a comfortable quiet place at the end of the day.

A 620 sq ft. fully private suite with your own entrance in a beautiful early American eyebrow colonial. The mid-century farmhouse style is highlighted by a darling kitchenette. And don't forget the bathroom hot steam shower! Please note the kitchenette has an induction stove top and convection air fryer toaster oven. It's a great for light cooking. Please ask for a grill for cooking meat and greasy food. We are also have a cycling side business offering bike rentals and tours.

The surrounding area is gorgeous with rolling hills and farms. We're within a half-hour drive from Great Barrington, MA., Hudson, NY, and Millerton, NY. and it's a very short drive to Taconic State Park. Enjoy our 4-season Copake Retreat!
