The Old Sunday School is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Harrowbarrow with stunning views of the Tamar Valley and beyond. The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. Situated in the heart of Devon, Bridge Cottage is a traditional cob cottage nestled on the banks of the river Torridge, on the edge of the picturesque village of Sheepwash. The 2 bed / 2 bath cottage offers a homely rural retreat for up to four guests – a relaxing space at the end of an active day, or a tranquil place to simply escape. The property has its own cottage garden as well as a private riverbank woodland from where you can fish - or relax by the water and watch the local wildlife.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Dog Friendly Tiny House with Wood Fired Hot Tub

Escape to our couples only Tiny House on the edge of Dartmoor. Spend your days exploring the moors, then return to soak in your wood fired hot tub overlooking the fields. For the adventurous, we share our favourite local walks, kayaking spots, and cycling routes or simply switch off and enjoy the peace. Food lovers are spoilt for choice, with cosy country pubs nearby that serve fantastic food. And yes, we’re dog-friendly 🐕 because adventures are better with your dog by your side.

Log Cabin with Hot Tub, Devon - Dog-Friendly

'The Cabin' is a romantic couple's retreat, but conversely, a family's nostalgic getaway to a simpler life. Overlooking a field of friendly sheep who wander right up to the living room windows, and bird feeders which welcome a wealth of birds at every elevation, you will feel immersed in nature and wildlife. Go outside and toast marshmallows on the fire pit, or sizzle sausages on the brick charcoal barbecue. Then sink into the electric hot tub, turn up the jets and gaze at the stars.

The Haven View Chalet, Crackington Haven, Cornwall

The Chalet is a self-contained wood-built cabin in the grounds of Haven View, perched on the side of the valley and overlooking the dramatic cliffs and beach of Crackington Haven. If you feel like joining in and enjoying the activities, cafes or pub, it's only a 2 minute walk away, or you can sit out on the veranda listening to the sounds of the sea and just watch! Also a great base for some coast path walking, with some challenging but spectacular cliff walks straight from the door.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature with views over fields and forest. Decompress from the stresses of life in the hot tub in total peace and quiet. Enjoy the twin shower together or relax in the superking bed with pure wool duvet and pillows and relaxed, cosy pure linen. NB at present there is other works on the farm hence the reduced price of this gorgeous barn conversion. The other works will not affect your stay in the actual barn, or the peace and quiet.

Tired of economy class? Charter a stay in a first class fuselage with wood fired hot tub situated in tranquil woodland. Welcome onboard your own private aircraft, step inside to the sleek contemporary interior of first class. Outside, unwind in seclusion in private woodland, a short walk away from the West Somerset Railway and the AONB of the Quantock Hills. An ideal getaway for two in first class, for families there is a bunk bed in the living room area. Dogs at additional cost.

The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.
