The square of the famous Christkindlesmarkt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the local recreation area Wöhrder See in about 15 minutes. Many attractive pubs and bars are just a short distance from the apartment.

This little, modern renovated studio features free Wi-Fi, is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a flat-screen TV, DVD-player, PlayStation, Music CDs and DVs. It has a private bathroom with bathtub and shower. Although along a medium traffic road, the studio is well isolated against traffic noise. Parking is available along the road.
