This country cottage is brimming with grace and charm. It is adorned with new and antique country style furnishings. Garden Fair Cottage has an abundance of natural light. The living room has a cast iron fire stove, splendid for cold nights snuggling in with a glass of wine or hot cocoa. The large living room window lets you view a charming patio surrounded by flowers along with a beautiful Italian water fountain. A large kitchen window lets you enjoy the morning sun shining over the vineyard.

Given the open concept design - there is not a lot of privacy between bedrooms, just a big bookcase room divider b/w the rooms. There are a few sitting area's outside and a green roof too! Briones Wildlife Park is less than a mile away. We have 4 cats and two small dogs. Pets are welcome but we ask for large dogs to be on leash. TESLA charging available.

Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.
