It is in an area of private homes and our neighbors enjoy the quiet surrounding area. Located in Greenbush which is between Oscoda and Harrisville. Enjoy walks on the sugar sand beach. View freighters, sailboats and the vast beautiful lake. We have Kayaks available for your use. The Ausable river is about 10 miles away. It offers excellent opportunities for canoeing and tubing

This is a neighborhood and the homes are close together. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep the noise down and respect their property.

A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A/C in master bedroom. Kitchen has everything you'll need to cook a great meal. Kitchen table is spacious - seats six. TVs in each of the bedrooms and one in the living room. Outdoor deck has seating for 4. Washer/dryer.

You’ll love our place because of the outdoors, location, relaxation & quiet. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Please take note of directions to home, sometimes GPS is incorrect. Also, special reminder of drinking water if wanted, as house has well water.
