A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. We have 30 acres to walk on, are close to hiking and biking trails, and Beaver Lake is a 5 minute drive. The cabin is nearby to all the greater Thunder Bay/Alpena area. Explore Northern Michigan year round! Of note: the 3/4 bathroom is connected to the cabin, but accessed from outside the cabin.

Very close to a tavern, gas station, dollar general, and the general store for food and anything you may need on your trip. Property is not lakefront but is across the road from the lake.

Hillman is centrally located for taking many day trips in Northern Lower Michigan, or just stay in Hillman and enjoy the many lakes for swimming and fishing, areas for hunting, snowmobile trails, and RV trails.
