Vila Velika se nalazi u Sertić Poljani, u Nacionalnom parku Plitvička jezera i udaljena je 12km od ulaza 1. Smještena je na osami,okružena prirodom,šumama i livadama. Za potpuni doživljaj nudi pogled koji se proteže na planine Velebit i Plješevicu. Od sadržaja nudi saunu, jacuzzy, hot tub vanjsku kadu na drva, vanjski tuš, dječje igralište,parking i wi fi. Kuća za odmor Melani nalazi se u mirnom dijelu Gacke doline u selu Sinac. Veliki privatni grijani bazen 9,5m x 4m. Grijani bazen je otvoren od 15. travnja do 01. listopada. Bazen ima i plitki dio za djecu. Finska sauna je besplatna za naše goste, a i igraonica je također besplatna. Dovoljno blizu svim znamenitostima, a dovoljno daleko za ugodni boravak i mir.
