Offering the lower floor of the Paoli's original Carnegie library on Paoli's historic Court House Square. The main space is one large room with kitchenette & full bath. We're calling the decor 'industrical country chic'. Bright colors and comfort abounds. There is space for 4 to 6 with one queen, and two full beds. Windows are garden level. (Note: tub/shower has high sides, plenty of grab bars). Entrance is on ground level at the rear of the building with offstreet parking for up to six cars.

The Caroline

Walking distance to French Lick Hotel, this house is completely redone with high end finishes and professional interior design. You will find two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with their own custom bathroom. The master bedroom opens to a large master bath with separate soaking tub. The living room, dining area and kitchen are open concept and a great place to relax with friends after a round of golf at the hotel or a relaxing spa treatment there. Several parks within an hour or less drive that offer fishing, swimming, hiking, caves, biking, and canoeing.

Our non-electric cabin in the woods is the perfect glamping opportunity. This rustic retreat is a 5-8 minute walk from our house and parking lot. The 270 sq ft tiny house has a queen mattress in the loft, cooking facilities including a propane cook top and gravity fed rain water (non-potable). Large windows look out over a beautiful southern Indiana holler. Camp shower & composting toilet. Cozy wood stove, fire pit, BBQ grills. Experience comfortable, tent - free camping!
