The home is located in a quiet, friendly suburban neighborhood that is close to both Short Pump and downtown Richmond. Just 20 minutes away from downtown Richmond and an even closer 10 minutes to Short Pump, both packed with restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Wooded area behind the home has a hiking path to the Echo Lake Park for nature lovers.

River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Our cozy, quiet and peaceful little farmhouse in Partlow, Va. is the perfect combination of both. Our almost century-old, 1,000+-square-foot getaway includes a kitchen, comfortable bedroom on the second floor, full bathroom and an adjacent open space with a trundle bed that sleeps two. 6-acre pond access with beach for relaxing, kayaking, or fishing!

The Tobacco Barn

A high-peaked ceiling and exposed-log crossbeams reveal the Tobacco Barn’s past life as a place for hanging tobacco leaves to dry. Now converted to a one-room guest house, it features a front porch swing, cozy fireplace, soapstone floors, a homey sitting area, and a tall, high-post bed. The pressed-tin ceiling and whiskey-barrel sink in the bathroom add to its charm. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum two-person occupancy.

The Home Stretch

Welcome to "The Home Stretch", a beautiful quiet place in the country just a few miles from Short Pump (which has great restaurants, Golf Courses, Drive Shack, wineries, Breweries. Our second floor apartment features a private entrance with all the things you may need while you are away from home. It has a spacious living area, eat in kitchen, queen bed and 2 trundle-like twin beds. We are on the premises but not in your space at all. Available day and night should you need anything.

Stay Awhile

“Stay Awhile” is a spacious walk out basement apartment in our home, very clean, in a quiet neighborhood minutes from Old Town Fredericksburg, University of Mary Washington, Fredericksburg Convention Center, FredNats baseball stadium, restaurants, shopping, historical sights, battlefields & Heritage Trail along the Rappahannock River. We have a walk/run/bike trail in our neighborhood and a tandem bike you may borrow. Enjoy our 82” TV and WIFI. We are 1 hr from DC & Richmond

Spacious studio apartment - The Inn at Dewberry

The Inn at Dewberry. Our roomy studio apartment is located in a quiet friendly neighborhood just 4 miles from downtown historic Fredericksburg. For traveling medical personnel, Mary Washington Hospital is less than 4 miles away. Our area is rich in Civil War history with lots of great places to dine, shop, or catch a Fredericksburg National game at the ballpark. Close to I95 for a trip to Washington, DC (60 mi) or south to Richmond. Kitchenette but no stove. Microwave.

Bond House: Historic Retreat at Walnut Grove

Escape from the city to a historic 1740s cottage with a distant view of the Blue Ridge Mountains and peaceful surroundings with the opportunity to experience the slower pace of country living. Spend the day at Lake Anna to swim/ kayak/ boat or visit the state park, just 5 minutes away. Enjoy local wineries, and explore historic Civil War battlefields. After a fun filled day, return to your private oasis with a fully equipped kitchen.

The Carriage House at Kings Crossing is a recently renovated and tastefully furnished three bedroom/two bathroom home. Its unique charm captures a contemporary rural feel, next to the heart of historic Fredericksburg! King's Crossing is nestled between downtown Fredericksburg and the battlefields; you will find that getting to local attractions is an easy drive. Additionally, we are within 1 hour of DC, Richmond, and Shenandoah.

Private and Quiet Pool House Convenient Location

This country guest house is very clean with a simple design. It's conveniently located seven miles away from Short Pump where you can enjoy dining, shopping, and entertainment. You will experience a quite relaxing retreat without leaving the city. We provide 4G wireless hotspot internet and a comfortable computer working space for business travelers. Grocery stores, business center, and banks are nearby.

Hundred Acre Wood: basement apartment/pets welcome

Pets welcome! Cozy, comfortable, and spacious efficiency apartment with a view of pristine woods and adorable chickens and ducks. Go for a walk in the woods to Beech Creek or explore the quaint town of Ashland just 10 minutes away. A great space to unplug, rest, and get away from it all! Please note that we are not able to accommodate long-term rentals.

Welcome to Bunker Hill Farm est 1840 My quaint building is 538sq ft. It used to be the old detached kitchen situated behind my farmhouse from the 1840s. This historic building was converted into a guest house. Full Kitchen and Dinnete. Bath and Bedroom with Closet. This building is on an animal farm with goats, ducks , chickens, and a Miniature Donkey.
