The Studio sleeps 4 and is situated to the left of the main house in a quiet secluded setting. The brick paved drive provides ample parking. The accommodation is bright, light and spacious with an open-plan lounge and dining area, a breakfast bar, fully fitted kitchen, two large characterful double bedrooms, (additional single bed on request), a bathroom with bath and shower unit. Two private patio areas, rear patio giving direct access to a large garden for you to explore, relax and enjoy.

Garden Cabin

Lovely garden cabin, quiet location with view of the park & allotments. Guests have their own private garden, table & chairs & BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen includes oven, 4 ring hob, fridge & freezer, microwave, coffee machine. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. FREE on street parking. Short walk into town where there are lots of bars/restaurants. The cabin is self checkin accessed at the side of our house, please be aware there are some steps into the garden & also into the cabin garden.

Goldcrest Lodge Wadhurst

Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. It is designed to blend in to its woodland setting, yet is bright and spacious with modern luxuries - perfect for a romantic break, a restful escape or for reconnecting with nature. It has a double bedroom (5' bed) with huge picture window, a central main room with sofa bed leading to a kitchen area and separate shower room beyond. Decking and private screened bath. The accommodation is perfect if you want to be centrally based in Tunbridge Wells for visiting friends and family. Whilst small and cosy, it is detached, fully self-contained and has the advantage of having a pretty and secluded, south facing, private courtyard for relaxing and alfresco eating. It is excellent accommodation if you are attending a wedding in the area e.g. at The Spa Hotel, Salomons, Warwick Hotel or The Beacon. Longer stays are welcome at discounted rates.

Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, great butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

Little Barn Woodland Escape

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on a country lane in the beautiful Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells. Located just steps from the Tunbridge Wells circular walk and the outstanding Dunorlan Park with stunning gardens and boating lake. The town centre with its plethora of bars and restaurants is just a 20 minute walk away. The Little Barn has designated parking for one car, modern country style interior, private patio and is surrounded by ancient woodland.

The Cowshed, Tunbridge Wells

Our renovated and extended 1920's cowshed. is a cosy retreat, 1 mile from the historic Pantiles of Tunbridge Wells and mainline station where London can be reached in around 50 minutes. It sits on the Kent and East Sussex border in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With its wide range of eating places and shops, Tunbridge Wells is a great base from which to explore the beautiful Garden of England. The owners live alongside the Cowshed but respect your privacy.

Old Smock Windmill in rural Kent

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

Unique luxury self-contained oast house

Huge loft style Kentish roundel conversion. Situated on a farm set back from the road it is beautifully peaceful, with circular jacuzzi bath, projector, screen, all mod cons. Amazing walks & pubs from the doorstep, perfect for a country retreat, yet only 30 miles from London. Huge King size circular bed. Reynolds spa is 15 mins away. The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
