Our 2 apartments are located in the resort PEROJ (located between Pula and Rovinj) in a beautiful house with stunning sea views opposite the beautiful Brijuni Islands. The house is in a quiet location about 800m from the beach. It is surrounded by a large garden, where there is also a grill that you can use freely. The apartments are comfortable, functional and fully equipped with Parking place free of charge. Supermarket, bakery and restaurant are just 200m from the house away. Moreover, cafes, currency exchange etc. Something very special: we have its own PRIVATE PROPERTY of 1000sqm directly on the Sea / beach for the exclusive use of our guests, where you can undisturbed swim and sunbathe ! Also on this private property, there is a barbecue where you can have your meals or even grilling (tomorrow freshly purchased) fish and eat quietly. We will also offer you more with our homemade wine and homemade extra virgin Olive oil. We speak German, Croatian, Italian and English.

Our air-conditioned GREEN HOUSE is located in a quite neighborhood of istrian village Peroj with privat parking spots. In our big mediterranean garden you can relax, do yoga, meditate, ect. Your privat whirlpool welcomes you to enjoy the warm evenings with a cold drink out of your own fridge. Vintage Garden Apartment

Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Modern villetta in Istria, across Brijuni near Pula. Surrounded by Mediterranean garden, ideal for a couple, but it can accommodate up to four people. Located 200m from the beach, the house offers wellness, rest and reconnecting with nature. In the house one can find everything needed for a relaxed vacation, and in the garden there are unique Biodesign pool, whirlpool, dining area and the grill. And a lot of greenery (we are nature and bee friendly). Property is fully fenced and pet friendly.

Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju. 300 m od plaža i centra Fažane u mirnoj ulici sa malo prometa. Ovaj se stan odlikuje i prekrasnim pogledom na more i Nacionalni park Brijuni koji se sastoji od 13 otoka i otočića. Zadovoljstvo gostima pruža i uređena šetnica uz samo more u dužini od oko 7km kao i biciklističke staze. Na oko 7 km udaljenosti nalazi se grad Pula koji obiluje historijskim spomenicima od kojih je najpoznatiji amfiteatar (treći na svijetu po veličini).

This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Unser neues Ferienhaus Una wartet auf Sie! Es bietet Ihnen viel Ruhe und Entspannung auf 120m2 barrierefreien Wohnfläche mit privaten Pool von über 53m2 größe. Zur Verfügung stehen Ihnen drei Schlafzimmern inklusive Bettwäsche, zwei mit Doppelbett und eins davon mit Bad und ein mit zwei Einzelbetten. Insgesamt sind es zwei Bäder inklusive Handtücher, Bad eins mit Massage-Badewanne und je mit Dusche. Hochstuhl und Reisebett stellen wir gerne zur Verfügung, natürlich kostenlos.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
