The guest suite is part of a newly built Mediterranean style home. Tastefully decorated throughout. Fully appointed kitchenette. Comfortable sofa, large television with all major channels. The bedroom is inviting with a very comfortable queen size bed and a large closet. A beautifully finished bathroom features a soaking tub/shower. The wonderful outdoor area is fully fenced and completely private. Centrally located with easy access to San Francisco, Point Reyes and Napa & Sonoma Wine Country

Really nice room, w/ private entrance, in charming, vintage Westside home. Quiet, residential neighborhood, 5 min drive, 15 min walk to downtown. Microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, HEPA air purifier. Standard Double bed super-comfortable, w/ footboard. Futon also available. TV, WiFi. Bathroom with shower/ tub. Off-street parking. I've stated "no pets" but may be flexible. Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is located in one of the oldest houses in Petaluma only 3 blocks from the historic downtown Petaluma district. The en suite studio is connected to the main house but has it own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, separate entry and outside deck. It’s an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, brew some coffee in the kitchenette and sit on the deck under willow trees. #PLVR-19-0017

Fairfax Getaway in the Redwoods

This lovely little private studio is located on the lower level of our 3-story home in a magical redwood grove in Fairfax, California. The unit has a cozy Murphy bed, kitchenette, dishwasher, and bathroom with a large shower. Enjoy a private outdoor deck and patio surrounded by redwoods. There are two sweet cats on the premises. They don’t hang out in the unit but they love to visit guests and may occasionally enter the unit.

Family Friendly Central Petaluma Studio

Our studio is only a few blocks from the heart of Petaluma. The Theatre District, Petaluma Market, and a myriad of local restaurants are all a 10 to 15 minute walk from your doorstep. We have two kids of our own (3 and 4) and we've set up the space to be comfortable for families traveling. There is ample space for everyone to spread out with a queen bed, 2 full size futons, and a crib included in the space.

GUEST-SUITE with PRIVATE ENTRANCE & BATH. When traveling, the thing you want most is a room that's clean, private and safe, right? That's what you'll find in your own guest-suite which is always sparkling clean (read reviews) with extra attention to all the little details. There is a small fridge, microwave and hot water kettle for your convenience but no sink, kitchen or laundry facilities.

Our one bedroom, one bath guest suite offers private accommodations in 600 square feet of living space. The suite is all on one level, with its own entrance, living/dining area, and space for simple food prep with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and coffeemaker.
