NOTE ALL items in this Unit is our own Property. Please do not remove. Airbnb fee is incorporated in my base fee. The “Occupancy Fee” is a NZ Government Fee. Picton is in the Marlborough Sounds, South Island of New Zealand boasting, restaurants, wineries, and great walks. Main centre of town is a 15-20 min easy walk

Jandals on Otago street. Our spacious one bedroom apartment is ideally located a short walk (750m) to town and handy for the interislander ferries. Relax and enjoy the views of the Queen Charlotte Sound and Picton Marina from the sunny deck. Amble to town to visit the local galleries, restaurants and cafes. Soak up the sun at the local beaches. Enjoy access to the Queen Charlotte Sound via the many tourist operators at the town quay or simply enjoy the great walking and biking tracks nearby.

Very quite residential street fully fenced section with stunning views of bush covered hillsides. Room to park the boat up the drive.
