After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Many guests have now enjoyed it. All have praised both the house and location. Nine Olives Hvar is a short stroll to a beautiful beach and swimming area, and to the lovely town of Stari Grad. House with 4 apartments in quiet village Pitve, 2 km from Jelsa and sea, situated in heart of island Hvar. This apartment is for 3 persons with big terrace in front and view on picturesquely village Pitve.There is a bedroom with big double bed, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioner, flat TV, two sofa beds... You can use a coffee machine in the hallway. Also you can use shared washing machine for free and outside barbecue. In front of the house is parking place in the shade.

For all those who love the beauty of nature and want to spend their vacation enjoying the benefits it provides and be disturbed only by the chirping of birds and wind noise, we are pleased to offer you a stone Robinson-style house in an olive grove. This house is equipped with running water as well as electric current and Wi-Fi. It contains al the necessary household appliances and if you are by car, free private parking is provided a few hundred meters away, in the family house.

Villa Belpur | Modern Villa with Pool & spa

Villa has a sauna, gym, fireplace, hot tub, billiard and outdoor pool. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, TV and air conditioning. The surrounding is peaceful and quiet but still near to the beautiful beach in Zavala (7 mins) and town Jelsa (5 mins). Moreover, it takes about 25 minutes to Hvar town. Next to Villa Belpur on the connecting property, is Villa Anouk so it might be interesting for bigger groups of families and/or friends, spending holidays together.

Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz.
