"O beata solitudo, o sola beatitudo" Immerso nella tranquillità della natura e a pochi metri dalla Fonte Annorsi e la sua preziosa acqua sorgiva, il "Rifugio del Gran Sasso" era una stalla per le pecore.Dopo anni di abbandono, riconvertita ad uso residenziale e ricettivo, ha trovato una seconda vita grazie ad una sapiente ristrutturazione che, pur nel rispetto del contesto, si è avvalsa delle più recenti tecnologie come ad esempio l’impianto termico a pavimento o la struttura ventilata del tetto

Perfetto per chi ama la quiete ma cerca l'avventura: la casa è il punto di ritrovo ideale per le nevi di Campo Felice e Campo Imperatore. Qui la vita è semplice, connessa e piena di aria fresca di montagna. A due passi da ristoranti tipici, negozi e monumenti, puoi vivere l’arte e la storia cittadina senza rinunciare al relax!

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Essa è fornita di tutto ciò che si necessita per un comodo soggiorno, immersa nella natura e con vista panoramica sulla valle. Il parcheggio è a 20m, libero.
