The living room has a full sofa bed & smart TV. The large kitchen has a full fridge, stovetop/oven and dining bar. We live upstairs and keep our basement apartment super clean. The ceiling is lower than standard approx. 6.5 ft. The apt. is only a portion of the whole basement & laundry is shared. No smoking, alcohol or pets.

Located 20 yards from the Bonneville shoreline trail which offers excellent hiking, biking and snowshoeing. This beautiful location is also a short walk to one of Utah’s top 10 waterfalls (Battle Creek Falls).
