In the kitchen you can find kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, etc. provided, electric cooker, number of rings 4, oven, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher. Bathroom is equiped with toilet and a shower. Air conditioning included in the price and each room has it's own aircondition unit, Internet-TV, Internet (WLAN), use free of charge. Prices includes following: change of bedlinen (weekly), final clean at the end of your stay, usage of electricity, tax and water. Terrace is own private terrace in front up the stairs with gas grill. Outside area is shared garden 400 m2, barbecue gas and wood as well, free parking, children playground and garden furniture. Washing machine at the landlord. The apartment (30 m2 ) is perfect for 2 persons. Location is quiet and in walking distance to the beach. Apartment is on the ground floor and is separated from other parts of the house. There is a small courtyard and parking place. The apartment consist of a kitchen ( cooking basics,microwave,cofee maker, el. water kettle,iron ) , bathroom ( shower,towels, hairdryer), and bedroom ( twin bed, TV ) overlooking the garden with flowers. We have a baby cot.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
