The effort involved in climbing the 5 flights of stairs is amply rewarded on arrival in the apartment, but of course you need to be able to :)) The entrance and kitchen have low ceilings. The shower room on the 5th floor is small but functional, a large open bathroom with a corner bath in the lower room of the duplex.
