Hillside Oasis is a secluded retreat with an 8m heated (30°C) pool (Apr–Oct), year-round Hydropool hot tub & landscaped gardens. Inside, enjoy a cosy bedroom, lounge, kitchen & modern bathroom. Shops, cafés and pubs are a stroll away. ⚠️One of our neighbours is carrying out some light construction in their garden and may occasionally use a digger. This isn’t constant and is usually limited to daytime. None of our guests have said it affects their stay, & evenings remain wonderfully peaceful

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines.
