Το σπίτι έχει ενιαίο χώρο σαλόνι κουζίνα με δύο καναπέδες-κρεβάτια και ένα δωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι. Στο σπίτι υπάρχουν όλα τα απαραίτητα (πλυντήριο ρούχων, καφετιέρα,τοστιέρα,βραστήρα...) Η τοποθεσία του είναι πολύ βολική 2 λεπτά μακριά από το λιμάνι.Είναι κοντά στην κεντρική οδό, σε στάση λεωφορείου και κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ και καφετέριες.
