It's only 10km away from the sea and that means a 10' drive through a lovely road surrounded by pine trees. The 720m2 of the property will gives you a sense of traquility and calmness to your family. If you have PETS ,it will be the ideal house for them because the whole estate is surrounded by a stonewall with fence.

Hara Sky is a beautiful 1 bedroom attic on the second floor in the central of the beautiful village of Skala Maries. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults or a family with 2 children. It has one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with one double sofa. The 2nd floor balcony offers a fantastic sea view from which you will enjoy the best sunsets you have seen. Make your own coffee, your meals and drinks and enjoy the sound of the sea and the beauty of the environment.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κοντά σε Πευκοδάσος,σε ήσυχο περιβάλλον με θέα το δάσος και το βουνό.Βρίσκεται πάνω από το κέντρο του χωριού όπου μπορεί να βρει κανείς ότι χρειάζεται και θέλει!Σούπερ μάρκετ,εστιατόρια,φαρμακεία,μαγαζιά... Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: Δίπλα σε δάσος,είναι αυτόνομα δωμάτια σε στυλ vintage με τουαλέτα, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και free wifi... Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο και οικογένειες (με παιδιά).

SeaShell 2 Apartment

"Larus apartment" is a 46 sq.m. apartment in Skala Maries village of Thassos. It is located in the heart of the village and 50-60 m away from the main beach. In a very close distance there is a super market, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shop. There is also easy parking near the apartment. In addition, at a very short distance (150-200 m.) there is easy access to two more beaches of the village. We are at your disposal for information and any serve you want.

2 δωματια σε κεντρικο σημειο. Ιδανικο για 2 οικογένειες που θελουν να περασουν παρεα τις διακοπές ή για μια μεγαλη παρεα εως 8 ανθρωπων. Δημοσιο δωρεαν παρκινγκ ακριβως πισω απο το σπιτι. Πολυ κοντα υπαρχει φουρνος,καφε, mini market,καταστηματα. Η θαλασσα ειναι στα 250 μετρα με τα ποδια, πολυ ευκολη προσβαση με δρομο χωρις ανηφορες ή σκαλες. Το σπιτι ειναι ολοκαίνουριο, υπερσύγχρονο κατασκευης 2024. Στα μπαλκονια υπαρχουν τεντες για σκιαση.

Maries Coast House

Απολαύστε την διαμονή σας σε ένα σπίτι δίπλα στη θάλασσα με μεγάλη βεράντα και πολύ κοντά στις ταβέρνες του χωριού. Ένα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σπίτι με 2 κλιματιζόμενα υπνοδωμάτια και έναν καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Διαθέτει καφετιέρα, βραστήρα, τοστιέρα καθώς και τηλεόραση με Netflix. Η απόσταση από την παραλία "Πλατάνες", στην οποία βρίσκεται το Aquapark Maries είναι 100 μέτρα, ενώ η παραλία "Ατσπάς" είναι στα 900 μέτρα.
