Historisk hus fra 1300tallet, del af gammelt fæstningsanlæg. Indrettet hovedsageligt med antikke møbler. Masser af plads, forrygende udsigt, skøn have og stor privat udsigtspool med saltvand. Huset er velegnet til flere generationer eller vennepar. Huset ligger i den lille by Denice på toppen af et bjerg. I byen er en restaurant. Indkøb er 3,5km væk. Badestrand 60 minutter i bil. Der er fremragende vandre- cykle- og løbemuligheder i området og masser af plads til afslapning og hygge i huset.

I bambini sono a 10 anni NON pagano. Sono liberi di correre e divertirsi nelle Langhe! Children under 10 years do NOT pay. They are free to running and enjoying around Langhe! Amiamo i cani di qualsiasi taglia, purchè siano ben educati. Sovrapprezzo per pulizia extra dovuta alla presenza di animali in casa ( 20€ per tutto la durata del soggiorno) We love dogs with any size, just with good behaviour. Surcharge for cleaning due to the presence of animals at home (20€ for duration of all stay).
