My apartment is located in the historic center of Como near the ancient walls, the lake and is easily reachable from the two railway stations. In a few steps you can reach the ancient streets of the center full of shops, bars, restaurants or supermarkets or take the boat to discover the lake. If you prefer you can walk up to Villa Olmo passing near the Tempio Voltiano, see the Duomo, S. Fedele, S. Abbondio. Porta Torre, the ancient walls and the squares Volta and Cavour.

Welcome to Casa Olmo! We are Marta and Luca and starting from July 2023 we rent out our former apartment in Como, located less than 100 meters from Villa Olmo park and the shores of the Lake. Casa Olmo is ideally located for exploring the city and the lake. It is 20-minute walk from San Giovanni train station and 50 meters from a large car park. Lake and the City

The apartment has only one double bed. We can't change the number of beds and rooms listed. Located in the center of Como, just in the middle of everything, the apartment is a few minutes walk from all the shops, restaurants and from beautiful Como Lake's waterfront. Chiocciola: il mio appartamento è collocato all’interno di un vecchio convento del 600 nel centro di Como. 5 minuti dal lago, 10 minuti dalle stazioni, L’appartamento è nella zona pedonale, ricca di negozi e ristoranti. Un’oasi di relax per scoprire Como e il lago.
