All'interno la baita dispone al piano terra di salotto più sala da pranzo, cantina e piccolo bagno , al piano superiore due camere da letto più bagno. Nelle vicinanze: Lagorai Cima d'Asta, Arte Sella, laghi Levico e Caldonazzo, campo golf La Farfalla, pesca sportiva Lago Stefy, agriturismi, malghe, mercatini di Natale, impianti sciistici Ski Lagorai.

La SUNNY HOUSE è un nuovissimo chalet posto in splendida posizione con vista sulle Dolomiti del Centro Cadore. Raggiungibile comodamente con l'auto, è isolato ma vicino al centro paese. Dotato di acqua potabile (bagno con doccia, lavello cucina),elettricità e riscaldamento con stufa a pellets, è perfetto per trascorrere qualche giorno immersi nella natura ma con tutti i comforts. Unseren Gästen steht zur Verfügung: großes Wohnzimmer, neue Küche, sonniger Wintergarten, Schlafzimmer, kleines Schlafzimmer, Vorraum, Badezimmer, WC. Weiters: große Terrasse und großer, zu benützender Garten . Eigener Parkplatz. Wir informieren unsere Gäste selbstverständlich gerne und stehen meist persönlich zur Verfügung.

Located high on the mountain, 12 min by car on a mountain road to the center of Zell am Ziller and 7 min with the free shuttle bus to the slopes of Zillertalarena.
