Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Ancient 18th century villa, built among the sweet, rolling hills of Monferrato, with panoramic views of vineyards, fields, forests and the spectacular Alps in the background, in a UNESCO world heritage land. Possibility of relaxing or sporting activities such as hiking, mountain biking, indoor climbing, horseback riding, golf and more. Swimming pool available for our guests. Meals from breakfast to dinner are bookable as an extra facility to your stay by the bistrot/restaurant of the tenuta.

Casa indipendente immersa nei vigneti del Monferrato, all’interno della Tenuta Colle Manora. Su tre livelli, dispone di 2 camere matrimoniali con bagno privato, soggiorno con angolo cottura e zona relax mansardata. All’esterno una vasca idromassaggio privata con vista panoramica (aperta dal 1 Aprile al 30 Settembre). Ideale per una vacanza romantica, un weekend di relax o un soggiorno tra le colline patrimonio UNESCO, a pochi km da Asti, Alessandria e dalle migliori cantine della zona.

The view is one of its defining features — an uninterrupted panorama across the Langhe hills towards the Alps, with Monte Viso visible on clear days. Guests consistently describe it as breathtaking, and it is at its most magical at sunset. Outside you will find 18 meter infinity pool to relax and wild mediterranean styled garden for tranquility.

Siccome li cortile comunica con il nostro consiglio di non fare la prenotazione se si ha un cane di grossa taglia per essere tranquilli entrambi le parti!
