Stunning views from every room. Original wood French doors open off the dining and living rooms inviting the outside in. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, situated in an organic citrus farm on a 27-acre private land with mountain and valley view of citrus and avocados groves. This unit has its own private entrance and a private deck with outdoor sink, BBQ and dining area. The indoor living space is about 960 sf, and the deck area is about 800 sf. The house is powered by solar array and Tesla batteries, so we won’t have a blackout even during power outages as long as not a lot of AC being used.

Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

Newly renovated casita w/full kitchen, laundry room, private bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room. Large private fenced yard. We are dog friendly. No cats due to allergies. Near wineries, wedding venues, restaurants, golf, casinos, 20 minutes to Old Town Temecula. 30 min. to Oceanside. 45 min. to SD zoos. The casita is connected to the main house by the garage, there are no adjoining walls to the main house. It is a separate residence & has its own gated parking area.

The RoadHouse! A cozy, stylish spot smack dab in the middle of wine country. You can walk to many wineries from our location, really! Or stay on site and enjoy the private jacuzzi spa (always hot!), have a round of mini golf or just relax on the deck. Located on a fully fenced property The Roadhouse has everything you need for a fantastic wine country getaway. Don’t forget to get up early and check out the hot air balloons. They land outside our fence most days!
