Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Unser gemütliches Ferienhaus für Familien, Gruppen von Freunden mit oder ohne Haustiere befindet sich im ländlichen schönen Oberperfuss ca. 1 km von der Talstation der Bergbahnen Oberperfuss entfernt, in der Nähe der Olympiastadt Innsbruck. Genießen sie einen unvergesslichen Traumurlaub zum Skifahren und Wandern, oder zum Entspannen auf der kuscheligen Ofenbank am Kachelofen im geräumigen Wohnzimmer, am bequemen Balkon oder in unserem großen Garten mit überdachter Terrasse und Grill.

Die Landeshauptstadt Innsbruck ist mit dem Bus und dem Zug in 20 Minuten und mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Einige Lebensmittelgeschäfte (MPreis, Spar, Hofer, Billa) sowie verschiedene Restaurants (Pizzeria, Chinesisches Restaurant, usw.) sind ebenfalls in der näheren Umgebung.
