Willkommen im „Hafenidyll“ am Peenestrom direkt am Hafen Rankwitz mit eigenem Wasserzugang. Es bietet Schlafmöglichkeiten für 10 Pers. in vier Schlafzimmern. Zudem steht ein isolierter und renovierter Bauwagen als abenteuerliche Schlafmöglichkeit für weitere 4 Pers. im Garten zur Verfügung. Das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, der Masterbedroom und die Küche mit Terrasse sind zum Wasser ausgerichtet. Zudem befinden sich eine Sauna, ein Spielplatz sowie eine Badestelle zum Schwimmen im Garten des Objekts.

Ferienwohnung Peeneblick Rankwitz - 80qm

Die Ferienwohnung mit 80m² befindet sich auf einem 1000 m² großen und separaten Erholungsgrundstück in zentraler Ortslage vis a vis des „Luna Parks“. Der Peenestrom ist nur etwa 50 m entfernt (Badestelle ca. 1,6 km). Das Haus wurde in den Jahren 2021 bis 2022 komplett grundsaniert und neu mit hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet. *Über andere Inserate können auch Buchungen für die andere Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoß (100m² für 6 Pers. + 2x Aufbettung) und das gesamte Haus (2 WE) getätigt werden.

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Haus Ilsenburg has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining and living area with wood burning stove. Outside there is a woodland garden with a covered outside terrace . The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island.
