Ruby Rose is the perfect off-grid glamping getaway-a unique fully-equipped converted horse lorry in its own field on a smallholding near Totnes.Although completely off-grid,it has every home comfort,including wi-fi,TV,gas cooker,fridge/freezer,hot-air heating and modern compost loo and shower. Decking areas, outside the living space and bedroom give wonderful views of the countryside. You have sole use of the whole field with al fresco dining area,barbecue, swings,table tennis and its own hens!

It has its own private toilet and shower facilities in separate huts adjacent to the main cabin accessed by a pathway. We provide a kettle, toaster, microwave, induction hob, gas hob & BBQ for outdoors, cutlery, small coolbox, crockery, cooking utensils, bedding and towels.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

The setting of Turtley is idyllic; located in the beautiful and varied area of Avonwick, South Hams the original Mill is set in six acres of grounds bordered by the River Glazebrook. We even have our own small lake complete with an island, perfect for sunny days and idle wandering. Perhaps surprisingly for such a picturesque location, Turtley Corn Mill is conveniently located just 2 minutes from the A38 making it easily accessible from all directions. Turtley is a totally non-smoking site.

As you step through the ancient doors into the souk styled hallway, you are transported to another world. Santai is a luxurious, stylish apartment that embodies the perfect blend of boho charm and wabi-sabi elegance. This unique retreat offers an inviting open-plan living area with warm, earthy tones, natural textures, and curated vintage decor. Outside, a small private roof terrace extends the living area, with views of the surrounding South Devon Countryside and Totnes below.

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

Ruby Retreat Shepherd’s Hut in Devon

Ruby Retreat is a unique Shepherd's Hut hand built in larch, cedar and ash by local carpenter, Peter Milner. His skilled design and craftsmanship gives Ruby a very special feeling. She is brand new for 2023. She sits in her own secluded position on a working Devon farm. The views over the glorious Devon hills are truly captivating. There is nothing to distract you from gazing at the fields, hills, woodland and distant church spire (well, maybe some sheep and lambs frolicking).
