There are several shops and restaurants on St. Clair Ave W. Plenty of transit options north of you on the St. Clair line or the bus line on Dufferin. A dog within minutes from the home. The actual space is perfect. Opposite of the open concept apartment, this spacious one bedroom had a separate eat-in kitchen, separate living room, and bedroom. The apartment has the fastest wifi speed. The second floor back terrace has a lovely view with gorgeous sunsets. Parking ✅ Not a shared space.

1950's Romantic & Whimsical cottage on Gull River

My whimsical & quaint cottage is 5klm from town which hosts a Foodland, LCBO, Pub, ice cream window and Home Hardware. Balsam Lake Provincial Park and Indian Point Provincial Park are close as well. I love my cottage because of the gardens, the chandeliers, the purple doors and the glorious clean river! The cottage itself is 900sq.ft. of cuteness & the property is 100 x200sqft. Canoeing, kayaking, bbqing, swimming, snorkeling and river floating are daily activities.

My rustic and simple cabin is perfect to be one with nature. It is a 5 minute boat ride to access the cabin (the boat ride to and from is included in the nightly rate). You’ll love my place because of privacy, serenity, sunsets, and all of the trees. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. It s on the lakeshore private with sunset view and private dock . Do you like camping without the camping? If so, hang out here at the farm for a day or the weekend. Enjoy the stars, have a sauna, outdoor shower and a campfire, see deer, or wild turkeys or listen to nothing for a while. Feed the donkeys and chickens or grab a Muskoka chair and a book. It is your time to relax and unwind !
