La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Il posto e' tranquillo, inserito in un piccolo borgo e comunque a 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Pietrasanta e a 10 dalle spiagge della Versilia. Le Alpi Apuane ad un passo, Pisa, Lucca e Firenze a poca distanza.
