A self-contained newly build 20 m2 studio with separate entrance and parking. The studio is comprised of an en-suite bathroom, a super-king bed, a tall boy and a work desk. We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.
