Our newly-remodeled basement apartment comes stocked with every modern amenity, is quiet and comfortable--with both a private entrance and private parking. No cleaning fee! Central to Salt Lake and Provo/skiing. SMALL STUDIO (cute but very SMALL bathroom) Best for travelers/professionals. Because of size it is NOT well suited for locals, honeymooners or staying “in” all day. If extra cleaning is needed a fee may be assigned. NO shoes inside. Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

Canyon Vista Studio - Hot Tub, Gym, Ground Level

This ground floor studio apartment comes with access to a large Gym, Pool, Hot Tub, Clubhouse w/ a Pool Table and Shuffle Board, BBQ Grills, Firepits, and Pickle Ball Courts. Inside the unit there is a Designated Workspace with High Speed WiFi making this a great option for remote workers. There's a full Kitchen that comes fully stocked w/ cookware, utensils, coffee, and kitchen essentials. Great location within Draper offering quick access to I-15 and many main key attractions in the area.

Mahogany in Utah County, and just a mile away from American Fork Canyon, adventure is literally knocking on your door. Come not just to sleep, but to have an unforgettable experience. Amenities include a pool/pingpong table, projector and movie screen with surround sound, a popcorn maker, games, books, and an outdoor patio with a fire pit and bbq.

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

Timpanogos, minutes from American Fork Canyon, Alpine Loop, and the Murdock Trail giving you access to scenic views, hiking, climbing, biking, golfing, skiing, and anything outdoors. We are 10 minutes to I-15 providing easy access to many Utah County attractions & businesses. We are just 35 minutes to either Provo or Salt Lake.
