Even with its fast access to Redwood Road, I-15, and Bangerter highway, it feels like you are in the country. Our newly-remodeled basement apartment comes stocked with every modern amenity, is quiet and comfortable--with both a private entrance and private parking. We pride ourselves on a clean, welcoming atmosphere, comfy beds & furniture, and attention to the well-being of our guests

This brand new modernized apartment is a STEAL of a deal. It comes with a huge Gym, Pool (pool is CLOSED for the winter season, it opens up again in May), Hot Tub, Luxury Clubhouse w/ a Pool Table and Shuffle Board, BBQ Grills, Firepits, Pickle Ball Courts, Designated Workspace, AND a Full Kitchen w/ cookware, utensils, coffee, and other kitchen essentials. The large Flat Screen Roku TV will give you access to all your favorite streaming apps keeping you entertained through our High Speed WiFi.

Come experience a part of history as you cozy up in the first Mormon church & school in South Salt Lake. Built in 1880 & restored in 2011, enjoy all the old charm with new and high end luxury. Close to I-15/ SLC airport/downtown 25/ SKIING 30/Provo 30 min or less away. With gorgeous views of the city from the back, this apartment is only 4 minutes from the freeway and offers easy access to so many great local attractions. Complete with full kitchen, 65" 4k TV, a King bed, and a shared HOT TUB! 4 beds total, sleeping a maximum of 6 people - 1 King, 1 pull out Queen, 1 twin, and one rollaway twin. There is a shared laundry room near the entrance and covered parking. We do allow some pets, please see PETS under 'The Space' for more info.
